I made this to top a Mexican style salad I had made. It was a good compliment to spicy peppers and cool greens.
Ingredients List:
2 ripe Avocados
1 small Jalapeno, seeds removed
1 Green Onion
1/4 cup Cilantro, packed
5-6 sprigs fresh Parsley
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lime Juice
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 Garlic Clove, peeled
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
3-5 teaspoons Milk
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and let her rip! Couldn't be easier.
