This quick and easy Caesar Chicken is a great weeknight meal combined with a side and a veg. It's also one of The Man's favorites.
Ingredient List:
4-8 Bone-In/Skin On Chicken Thighs
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
8-16 Tablespoons Caesar Dressing
Parmesean Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium heat.
Pan fry Chicken Thighs 5-8 minutes per side till browned
Transfer browned Chicken Thighs to a baking dish (either 8x8 or 9x13 depending on the number of thighs you're baking.)
I also line mine with foil for easy clean-up.
Top each Chicken Thigh with approximately 2 tablespoons of caesar dressing. Use back of spoon, or pastry brush to thoroughly coat.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of each thigh.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
