Country Style Pork Ribs in the Instant Pot

Tender and juicy country-style ribs that you can set and forget while you make the rest of your meal. I paired mine with Dehydrated Scalloped Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli, and Fresh Bread. The Man felt very spoiled.


Ingredients List

3 pounds Country Style Ribs

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 cup Beef Broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup Apple Juice

1 cup BBQ Sauce


  1. Combine Brown Sugar, Cumin, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Sprinkle rub over ribs and gently rub into meat.

  3. Pour Beef Broth, Worcestershire Sauce, and Apple Juice into Instant Pot.

  4. Add in Ribs.

  5. Pour BBQ sauce over them.

  6. Seal the Instant Pot and set it to Pressure Cook on High for 45 minutes.

  7. Once they have cooked for 45 minutes, allow for natural release for 20 minutes.

  8. Manually release remaining pressure.

  9. Remove ribs and serve.
