This is a simple, quick weeknight meal with layers of tortillas, ground beef, and salsa con queso.
Ingredients List:
1 pound Ground Beef
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
3x 8" Flour Tortillas
2 Cups Salsa
2x 2.25 oz Sliced Olives
1/2 a 15oz can of Corn
1/2 a 16oz can of Refried Beans
2 cups shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Crumble and brown ground beef.
Drain excess grease (if needed).
Add in taco seasoning.
Add in Olives and Corn.
Turn off the heat.
Add 1/2 cup Salsa.
Stir till thoroughly combined.
In a separate pan, heat refried beans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 8" round baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Smear 1/3 of the refried beans on a tortilla.
Layer the bottom of the pan with the first flour tortilla.
Add 1/3 of the ground beef taco filling on the first layer.
Then add 1/3 of the shredded cheese.
Continue until you are done with all the layers.

More cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are slightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Slice and serve.
