Usually, I make what I call cheapy fruit salad... you know what I'm talking about, a can of fruit cocktail, an apple, a banana, and a few grapes. But this time, I decided to go outside the box. And the produce aisle was so full of pretty yummy-looking fruit, I just couldn't stop myself!
Ingredient List: 3/4 of a 1lb shell of strawberries, quartered
1.5 Cups of Blueberries
2 Cups Green Grapes
3 Mandarin Oranges, pealed and segmented
3 Kiwis, pealed, halved, and sliced 2 Nectarines, de-pitted, diced 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice 1/8 Cup Honey 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
Dice, peel, chop, segment, whatever you need to do to all the fruit, and add to a large bowl.
In smaller bowl, whisk together Lemon Juice, Honey and Poppy Seeds till combined.
Pour dressing over fruit and stir to coat.
Authors Note - This fruit salad was TOTALLY better the next day!! Holy Buckets, ya'll I can't even!
