I don't usually make recipes in this quantity anymore, but for some reason, the family pack we bought didn't get separated before going into the deep freeze, so I didn't have much choice. Good thing I planned a way to use the leftovers.
Ingredient List: Chicken (You can use a cut up fryer, thighs, breasts, it really doesn't matter. I used bone in, skin on thighs) 1 bottle BBQ Sauce of your choice 2 Tablespoons Cooking Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Add cooking oil to skillet and heat to medium.
Lightly brown chicken on each side. I used thighs, and found this took about 5-7 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken to foil lined 9x13 baking dish
Add a dollop of BBQ Sauce to each piece of chicken, and brush around with a basting brush, or spoon back.
Bake for 30 minutes (for thighs). Time will need to be adjusted for other cuts of chicken.
