I love a good pizza. But, having pizza in the same ol' flat form can get boring. So, I tried Stromboli's. They are good, but still is mostly just a flat pizza that's been folded over on itself. Enter this Pizza Bundt Bake... refrigerator biscuits, pizza toppings, and a bundt pan make this a fun weeknight, pull-apart dinner.
Ingredients List:
Non-stick Baking Spray
2 cans of Grands Biscuits (or off-brand, as long as they're the large biscuits)
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Pizza toppings of your choice (I had pepperoni, olives and mushrooms)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a bundt pan liberally with Baking Spray.
Open 1 can of Biscuits and divide each biscuit into 2 layers
Top biscuit half with pizza sauce and choice of topping.
Stack topped biscuit half to the side till you have 4-5 in the stack (any more than this, and they start to fall over).
Place stack carefully into the prepared bundt pan.
Repeat steps 4-6 till you've used up all your biscuits and the bundt pan is full.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Cover with foil if top starts getting darker than you'd like.
Flip Pizza Bundt onto a serving plate.
Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
