Cheese ravioli cooked in a garlic cream sauce with shrimp, spinach, and mushrooms. Add some crusty bread for mopping up the sauce... Yummy!
Ingredients List:
20oz Cheese Ravioli
1lb Shrimp
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
10oz fresh Spinach
8oz sliced White Mushrooms
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
For Cream Sauce:
1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 large Garlic clove (pressed)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (more for topping if desired)
Salt
Black Pepper
Cook Ravioli according to package directions and set aside.
In a large pan, heat oil.
Add chopped Spinach and sliced Mushrooms.
When Spinach is cooked down, add minced Garlic.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Saute until Garlic is fragrant.
Add Broth, stir well.
Add Heavy Cream, Worcestershire, and pressed Garlic, stir well.
Add Shrimp.
Cook Shrimp till they start to turn pink.
Add Ravioli, stir to coat with sauce.
Stir in Parigiano-Reggiano.
Serve right away.
