Smothered Beef Patties

Made this one night when The Man and I had a ton of errands to run and were going to be out all day. I wanted something ready when we got home. It was an experiment that worked out well.


Ingredients List

Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Garlic Powder, to taste

Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

1 can (14oz) Mexican Style Diced Tomates w/ Green Chilis

8 frozen Beef Patties (unthawed)

1 Onion (cut into 8 slices)


  1. Sprinkle the bottom of the crockpot with a small amount of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of tomatoes.

  2. Add 1 frozen beef patty.

  3. Top with a small amount of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 onion slice, and 2 tablespoons of tomatoes.

  4. Repeat layers till you've used up all the Beef Patties.

  5. Cover.

  6. Cook on low for 8 hours.

I'll admit, they're not the prettiest beef patties, but the taste was good.
