This casserole is quick, easy to put together, and sure to satisfy. Even The Man said, "I'd eat those nachos!" And he did.
Ingredients List
Cooking Spray
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1/2 cup Water
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 (10oz) can of Refried Beans
1 (6oz) can of Black Olives (sliced)
1 (4oz) can of Diced Green Chilies
1/2 cup Salsa
1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 375°.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook Ground Beef and Onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned. 7-10 minutes.
Drain grease if needed.
Stir in Water and Taco Seasoning.
Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low.
Add Refried Beans, Olives, Green Chilis and Salsa to the skillet.
Cook and stir until ingredients are warmed through, 3-4 minutes.
Place 1/2 of the Doritos in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Top with 1/2 the Ground Beef Mixture.
Top with 1/2 the Cheese.
Repeat layers once more.
Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, 20-25 minutes.
